Charles Krafft (#1): Rat-A-Tat-Tat Art!
Seattle-artist Charles Wing Krafft wielding his artwork: a fake machine gun made out of delft-style porcelain. This piece de resistance bears the inscription of the quasi-underground art society named after a noted Northwestern painter that Krafft co-founded and enjoys membership in: the "Mystic Sons of Morris Graves." Krafft also creates delft-style porcelain hand grenades, as well.
It's fragile art that shatters our preconceptions about armaments and their relationship to our lives.
