Cream percussionist Ginger Baker behind his drum kit. Picking up sticks and energetically playing jazz with noted, Denver-area jazz artists (e.g., Fred Hess, Ron Miles), following his participation in another of his passions: wielding his mallet and charging his horse at the ball during a polo match. Parker, Colorado. Circa late '90s.
Last I'd heard, Ginger Baker now lives in South Africa, not Colorado (where he spent a few years). And Cream reformed. I'm not sure whether Baker (mentioned in passing in Hunter S. Thompson's article "Polo Is My Life") still plays polo.
